Welcome to SFNYC
SFNYC is a small network for people who split their time between San Francisco and New York. It started with dinners and a group thread, and we add one class a year.
We are early. The 2026 class is the second one. We keep each class small on purpose, so the dinners stay good and people actually meet.
Two cities, one network.
The most interesting people we know are not in one place. They are between a place in SoMa and a walk-up in the East Village, between a Tuesday in Hayes Valley and a Thursday in Tribeca.
SFNYC is built for that. We host dinners in both cities and make introductions across them, so a flight to the other coast lands a little softer.
What membership is
| Dinners in both cities | Small dinners in San Francisco and New York through the year. This is the main thing we do. |
|---|---|
| Introductions | Warm introductions between members across both coasts, when there is a real reason to make them. |
| A class to belong to | You join with a cohort and stay part of the network after your year. |
| A group thread | An ongoing conversation between members. Low noise, occasionally useful. |
The 2026 class
We are accepting applications through June 30, 2026. We read every one. If it feels like a fit, we will reach out for a short conversation.

Questions
- Who is the 2026 class for?
- People who genuinely spend time in both San Francisco and New York. We care less about where you are from than about how you move between the two.
- How big is each class?
- Small. We are early and would rather keep the dinners good than grow fast.
- Is there a fee?
- No. If that ever changes, we will say so plainly.
- I only live in one city. Can I still apply?
- Yes, if you genuinely travel between San Francisco and New York through the year. The network is built around that movement.
